We forge transitioning service members into industry-ready professionals equipped to integrate into a wide array of civilian cultures and use emerging technologies.

This is for transitioning service members (approved via their commander), who want to turn military discipline into a rewarding civilian career. We provide a unique Department of Defense SkillBridge program where service members execute self-curated training plans in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, project management or other fields. The outcome is a direct pipeline to civilian jobs, boasting a 95% employment rate and good starting salaries. This matters because the nation needs a disciplined human firewall to stop relentless attacks on our critical infrastructure, and mastering new technologies guarantees you remain a vital asset to our national security and economic growth.
