Description:
Forge Institute seeks a Full-Time Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for increasing brand recognition and sales leads through social media and other advertising avenues.
Key Role:
Our Digital Marketing Specialist will support business growth, expansion, and corporate innovation by providing best-in-class advice and leading-edge digital content solutions. You'll create and manage social media and press releases to promote the company's products and services. These projects could include email campaigns, website content, social media appeals, or targeted blogging. Should have familiarity with sales techniques and company goals, with modern consumer habits, and with written advertising products. Knowledge of Information Technology and Cybersecurity is a bonus.
Your responsibilities as a member of our team may include but are not limited to:
Research advertising trends
Decide on the appropriate placement of ads
Determine what content will reach customers
Develop projects to create content
Publish digital marketing content online
Implement email marketing campaigns
This position may involve some travel within the State of Arkansas and occasionally could involve travel outside the State of Arkansas. Furthermore, you must adhere to internal security policies and requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of professional work experience in the promotion of brand recognition, marketing, and social media marketing
Bachelor's Degree in graphic design, advertising, marketing, communications, or a related field
Demonstrates excellent organization skills
