Global Chief Security & Compliance Officer, Beth-Anne Bygum, joins Forge Institute advisory board

Little Rock, AR, June 23, 2021 – Forge Institute announced today that Beth-Anne Bygum, Chief Security & Compliance Officer for Acxiom, has joined the Forge Institute Advisory Board.  The advisory board is instrumental in guiding Forge Institute’s mission to become a  national leader for advanced cyber workforce training and the development of cyber-defense tactics.

“Acxiom and I very much support Forge Institute’s mission to transform Arkansas and the nation’s workforce into capable cyber defenders,” said Bygum. “I’m glad to lend whatever I can to harden our country's cyber defenses.”  

Bygum bears more than 25 years of experience in directing programs related to information security, risk management, IT compliance, information governance and IT training. In her role at Acxiom,  Bygum collaborates with leaders across the company, advancing innovative security solutions to enable digital and cloud transformation strategies. She is the latest cybersecurity expert  to join the Forge Institute Advisory Board, which also includes  former and current members of major companies and defense institutions such as the CIA, FBI, and U.S. Military.

Forge Institute is an active leader in Arkansas’ growing cyber-community, providing cyber training to Arkansas’ workforce and numerous tech-based companies. Bygum begins her advisory role with Forge Institute immediately.
